USA - Nvidia Unveils Superchip Developed in Israel

US chip giant Nvidia introduced its next-generation computing platform, made of six new chips that were partly developed in Israel.

Nvidia’s R&D activities in Israel are the firm’s largest outside of the United States.

“The amount of computation necessary for AI is skyrocketing… Rubin arrives at exactly the right moment, as AI computing demand for both training and inference is going through the roof,” said Nvidia founder and CEO Jensen Huang. “With our annual cadence of delivering a new generation of AI supercomputers—and extreme codesign across six new chips—Rubin takes a giant leap toward the next frontier of AI.”

“Nvidia’s Rubin platform promises to deliver the step-change in performance and efficiency required to deploy the most advanced models to billions of people,” said Meta founder and CEO Mark Zuckerberg.

Commentary: First, an explanation by Google: “The primary companies involved in making the hardware for the largest AI supercomputers are NVIDIA (GPUs and networking), TSMC and Samsungs in chip foundries, and major tech companies like Microsoft, Google, Meta, and xAI building the massive supercomputers.”

Clearly, again we see the world is involved. While the USA is leading when it comes to AI and high-tech developments, others are catching up. In the end, merchandise is king. We read these significant words in Revelation 13:16-17: “And he causeth all, both small and great, rich and poor, free and bond, to receive a mark in their right hand, or in their foreheads: And that no man might buy or sell, save he that had the mark, or the name of the beast, or the number of his name.”

This, incidentally, corresponds to Revelation 18, when the great global financial and economic success implodes. We note that the world is not lamenting the horrible judgment that comes upon the planet, but specifically the merchandise: “And the merchants of the earth shall weep and mourn over her; for no man buyeth their merchandise any more: The merchandise of gold, and silver, and precious stones, and of pearls, and fine linen, and purple, and silk, and scarlet, and all thyine wood, and all manner vessels of ivory, and all manner vessels of most precious wood, and of brass, and iron, and marble, And cinnamon, and odours, and ointments, and frankincense, and wine, and oil, and fine flour, and wheat, and beasts, and sheep, and horses, and chariots, and slaves, and souls of men” (verses 11-13).
