“Blessings Sent”

ree

A report from Poland about the distribution of the free book Why It Pays to Be a Christian both in Polish (15,000 copies) and Ukrainian (7,000 copies).

Eleven thousand copies of Why It Pays to Be a Christian (out of print in English) hot off the presses were sent to Gdansk, Lublin, Szczecinek, Wroclaw, Warsaw, Mława, and Piasek. Each of these cities served as a distribution center for their region. An additional 4,000 copies were transported to our hub in Pszczyna. From there we distributed them in packages of 20, 60, or 100 books to every corner of Poland.

We promoted this book at various gatherings and conferences. We emphasized its uniqueness, explaining that a space was provided at the end for churches to provide their own contact information for the reader’s questions or concerns.

The books weren’t just promoted and distributed at conferences, but also at youth gatherings, such as the one that 500 young people attended in Wisła.

We also received an additional 7,000 copies in Ukrainian. Seventy percent of them have already been sent—either to Ukraine, or locally to Ukrainians living in Poland. We sent 100 large packages of food and books to Ukraine, both to war zones and beyond.

One grateful recipient wrote to us: “Greetings, brothers and sisters! Thank you from the bottom of my heart for not forgetting about us. Your interest, support, and prayers mean a great deal to us. We know that we aren’t alone in our struggle for freedom and peace. God bless your work and each of you. Warmest greetings from the city of Kryvyi Rih and from me personally!”

We also heard from Lviv, Ukraine: “Thank you for your prayers and the blessings you sent! The packages arrived safely. We could feel your care and the warmth of your hands and hearts! Thanks to your generosity, we’re able to share the literature and books with others. Some of the people on my list are older, and they don’t use smartphones or the internet. They’re deeply touched that they have been prayed for and that they have friends in Poland. Some haven’t received anything in the mail since Ukraine’s independence. Your gift was like a miracle to them! We thank the Lord from the bottom of our hearts for your love, support, faithfulness, and sacrifice.”

We sincerely thank you all for your cooperation, trust, and support. Special thanks to Midnight Call in Switzerland, which covered the cost of printing both versions of the book. May God bless you richly.
