Dear Brother Froese,
When do you think the Lord’s feet will touch the ground at the Mount of Olives, as stated in Zechariah 14:4?
1. Just moments after He meets raptured believers in the air.
2. Or later, but before the Battle of Armageddon.
3. Or later, but before the Millennium.
I wonder if the Antichrist and the Lord will ever meet on stage or in conference?
- R. Bittner, GA
Answer: The return of Jesus to the Mount of Olives heralds His victory against all enemies. It will take place after the Rapture, at the end of the Great Tribulation. That’s the point when Acts 1:11 will be fulfilled.
The meeting between light and darkness, Christ and Antichrist, is recorded in 2 Thessalonians 2:8: “And then shall that Wicked be revealed, whom the Lord shall consume with the spirit of his mouth, and shall destroy with the brightness of his coming.” The physical or geographical location of that event is not mentioned in Scripture.Dear Brother Froese,
