I have read your magazine for a number of years, and it is a great help to my ministry in opening the Word of God to my people.
Your four part series of “Prophecy: Right- or Wrong-Headed” by Wilfred Hahn is quite good. I have some thoughts I want to share with you.
The Catholic Church has been a leader of the ecumenical movement for many years. If by chance they were to select a Jew as their pope, I can see how it might set the stage for the false prophets coming into power. I’m not saying that the false prophet has to be a Jew, but these are just my thoughts I’m sharing with you.

Ecumenism does not originate with Catholicism, but is the expressed desire of Churchianity to present itself as a unified voice to the world. The ecumenical movement, the World Council of Churches, and innumerable others eagerly try to unify the various denominations and churches. But, there is a problem—you can’t unify something that is already perfectly one, the Body of Christ. We read in John 17:23, “I in them, and thou in me, that they may be made perfect in one.” This oneness exists only in and through Jesus Christ our Lord, who is the head of the Body. Any attempt to create an infrastructure to demonstrate Churchianity’s unity is not only doomed to fail, but will produce Antichrist and the false prophet.
Of course, the Church is admonished to unity, “Endeavouring to keep the unity of the Spirit in the bond of peace” (Ephesians 4:3). Paul adds, “There is one body, and one Spirit, even as ye are called in one hope of your calling; One Lord, one faith, one baptism, One God and Father of all, who is above all, and through all, and in you all” (verses 4-6). Verse 13 concludes, “Till we all come in the unity of the faith, and of the knowledge of the Son of God, unto a perfect man, unto the measure of the stature of the fulness of Christ.” That means unity in “the Son of God,” and not in any manmade organization.
Speculating as to who Antichrist and the false prophets are can lead us in the wrong path. They will only be revealed after the Church is taken out of the way.
Based on Daniel 11:37, Antichrist will not “regard the god of his fathers.” That means he will be a Jew. That is how God identified Himself to Moses, “The Lord God of your fathers, the God of Abraham, the God of Isaac, and the God of Jacob” (Exodus 3:15).
